Student Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment in a training session with at least 14 calendars days notice from the first day the class is scheduled to begin.


A substitute may attend a session, however, the substitute attendee must meet the same prerequisites as the original enrollee. Substitute attendees may be refused if prerequisite qualifications are not met.  If a substitute is not a suitable option, the student has one calendar year in which to attend an alternate training session of equal value.  After one year, the student forfeits their training spot.  No money will be refunded.

 

Session Cancellation Policy 
TSG University reserves the right to cancel a course and will provide a minimum of 14-days notice. TSG University encourages the purchase of refundable airline tickets and is not liable for any expense incurred by the student or business organization due the cancellation of a course. Courses may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to low student enrollment and/or unavailability of an instructor.  If a course should be cancelled, all students will have one calendar year in which to attend an alternate training session of equal value.  Tuition is non-refundable.
