This course is designed to teach students how to perform the basic administrative activities of Modular Messaging. At the completion of the course, students will have the knowledge necessary to perform initial MAS/MSS post-installation tasks, provide daily ongoing administration, become familiar with the diagnostics of the MAS/MSS and use of Mailbox Manager.
